San Diego Divorce Support Group
Co-ed Group
This is a San Diego (Carmel Valley) support group for men and women who are considering divorce or currently in the early stages of the process of divorcing.
Educational Aspect: Because divorce is a confusing process, this group provides information to help you understand the legal and psychological events that are happening in your life. This not only clarifies what is occurring, but helps you avoid making common mistakes.
Support Aspect: The divorce support groups provides a ready-made network of other men and women who are in a similar situation. You will receive encouragement and advice, get tips, ideas, knowledge, and inspiration that will help you to move forward. Best of all, the group regularly gets together between group meetings.
Who Should Attend? The groups are open to all men and women who are at the very EARLY stages of the divorce process, including those who are only contemplating divorce.
When Can I Join the Group? The group is an open group, which means that new members are allowed to join at any time.
Meetup.com Social Group: Because developing a support group is so important, we have an On-line Meetup group for our support group members to get together socially. It’s an interactive group where different members list all sorts of activities (coffee, hikes, dinner, and so on). Join here, http://www.meetup.com/SDdivorceSupportGroup
